BUYERS
Many people begin their search by viewing properties online and potentially going to open houses. The next step is to hire a Realtor and design a plan of action for your search. With so many Realtors to chose from how do you know which one to hire?
I provide all of my potential buyers with a FREE CONSULTATION. During our time together we will discuss:

- My representation style
- The buying and closing process
You will also have an opportunity to ask me any questions that you may have and decide whether or not you wish to work with me.
SELLERS
If you have been considering listing your property for sale, please call me. I provide a FREE MARKET ANALYSIS & MARKETING PLAN to every prospective client.
Since pricing is always the most important component in successfully selling a property, I offer a 2-STEP meeting.
STEP 1:
Meet you at your home to learn more about your property. This meeting is typically 1 hour and will involve measuring your home, taking notes about upgrades and updates, and learning all about your selling needs.
STEP 2:
The second meeting will usually last 1 1/2 hours and will layout my marketing plan and market analysis. Since each property will attract a specific buyer, I design a specific marketing plan for each property. Laying out the precise plan and how it will be implemented is the best way to stay on track and succsessfully get your home sold.
The Market Analysis will look at homes that have Sold within a half mile radius in the last few months, homes that are currently pending a closing, and homes that are actively listed for sale. Together we will compare and contrast these properties and look closely at the proven price range. This range is usually 5-7% so we will need to make very prudent decision on where to price your home within the proven range.
After considering the data, it is completely up to you whether we should move forward or not.
